I went to see my physician's assistant Monday & got an appointment set up for a consultation with a sleep specialist. The closest appointment they had was November 22, so I'll just have to deal until then.
By the way, yesterday I had 2 whole hours of sleep. Got off work at 9am, had to be back for a mandatory meeting from Noon to 2:30 & another mandatory training from 5:30 to 6:30. Of course, after I got to each of the "mandatory" meetings, I was informed that they weren't actually mandatory or they were videotaping it for the other overnights. Thanks for that info ahead of time guys...
Ah well, it's all good...

Good Luck!! My dad did one of those and he didn't sleep at all. Just be sure to relax!!!!

Good luck with getting some sleep. I couldn't work third shift, that's tough.
